Precision Touring, LLC is committed to providing a website and software experience that is accessible to people of all abilities. We are working to bring our website, marketing pages, and software to a level of conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
1. Standards
We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our practical accessibility standard. We design with the following principles in mind: perceivability (color contrast, alternative text), operability (keyboard navigation, focus states), understandability (clear language and consistent navigation), and robustness (semantic markup, accessible-name conventions).
2. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We may not yet be fully conformant in every area. If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, we want to hear about it so we can prioritize a fix.
3. Requesting an Accommodation
If you need an accessible alternative to any content or feature, or if you would like to report an accessibility issue, please contact us at support@getprecision.co with:
- a description of the content or feature involved (a URL is helpful);
- the assistive technology and browser you use; and
- your contact information so we can follow up.
We will respond within five business days and work with you to provide the information or service in a way that meets your needs.
4. Third-Party Content
Some content displayed in the Services originates from third parties (for example, embedded maps and basemap tiles). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content but will work with affected users to provide alternatives where possible.
5. Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our Services. Send feedback to support@getprecision.co.
