This Cookie Policy explains how Precision Touring, LLC (“Precision”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and within our Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as browser localStorage and sessionStorage. References to “cookies” in this Policy cover all of these.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use only first-party, essential and functional cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising and we do not sell personal information.
3. Cookies We Set
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-* | Keeps you signed in (Supabase auth tokens). | Strictly necessary | Session, renewed each request |
precision_beta | Records that you have entered the beta-access password so you do not have to re-enter it. | Strictly necessary | Until manually cleared |
qbo_nonce | Prevents cross-site request forgery during the QuickBooks Online OAuth flow. | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
pt_admin | Marks an administrator browser so their own visits are excluded from internal analytics. | Functional | Persistent until cleared |
pt_sid, pt_sid_ts (localStorage) | Random rotating identifier used to group page views into one analytics session. | Functional | 30-minute idle, then rotates |
Our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) may set its own first-party cookies for traffic measurement; see the Sub-processors page for details.
4. Server-Side Logging
Independently of cookies, when you visit the Services our servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, referring URL, screen size, and the approximate city, region, and country derived from your IP. This information is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Your Choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the Services may not work properly — for example, you may not be able to sign in. You can clear our analytics session identifier at any time by clearing your browser’s storage for our site.
We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a privacy opt-out request where applicable law treats our processing as a “sale” or “share.” You can enable GPC through your browser settings or by installing a browser extension that emits the signal.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Privacy Policy.
