This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs your use of the services provided by Precision Touring, LLC (“Precision”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. General Rules
You will use the Services lawfully and in good faith. You will not, and will not allow anyone else to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- upload or transmit content you do not have the right to share;
- infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or other intellectual-property right;
- upload personal information about anyone without a lawful basis to do so;
- upload personal information of a child under 13 except where a guardian has consented as required by applicable law.
2. Content Restrictions
You will not upload, post, or transmit through the Services any content that is:
- unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or invasive of privacy;
- sexually explicit involving any minor, or any other content that exploits or endangers a child;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to phish or scam;
- malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code that interferes with the operation of the Services or other systems.
3. Security and Integrity
You will not, and will not attempt to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, except under a written authorization from us;
- breach or circumvent any authentication, security, or access controls;
- access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, any servers or networks connected to the Services, or any user’s use of the Services, including by denial-of-service or similar attacks;
- use the Services to host or distribute illegal content or to attack other systems;
- impersonate Precision, our staff, or other users.
4. Automated Access and Scraping
You will not, and will not allow anyone else to:
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Services, except through APIs we explicitly authorize and within rate limits we publish;
- circumvent any technical limitation (for example, rate limits, captchas, or paywalls);
- extract data from the Services to populate a competing product or to train a competing AI model;
- resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Services or data obtained from them.
5. Carrier and Operator Data
Without limiting Section 4, you will not:
- use carrier or operator information from the Services for purposes other than evaluating, contracting, or coordinating transportation services on behalf of your own tour or business;
- contact carriers’ or operators’ staff using contact information obtained from the Services for unsolicited marketing or recruiting outside of platform workflows.
6. Email and Notifications
You will not use the Services to send unsolicited commercial email or messages, or to violate the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or any analogous law. You are solely responsible for the content and lawful basis of any communications you trigger from the Services to third parties (for example, advance-form invitations to venue contacts).
7. Reporting Abuse
Report violations of this AUP to security@getprecision.co with as much detail as you can provide. Suspected child safety issues will be reported to NCMEC where required by law.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning you, removing content, suspending or terminating your access, preserving and producing records for law enforcement, and bringing legal action. We are not required to monitor user activity but may do so as needed to operate the Services or to enforce this AUP.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Terms of Service.
